From engineer to winemaker
Our story
I'm Stefano. Engineer, MBA from College des Ingenieurs, born in Monteu Roero — but for ten years I lived in Rome, Paris and Stavanger, working for a multinational. The hills never really left me.
In 2019 I quit my job, said goodbye to the corporate world, and came back to follow the path of my grandfathers — making wine on the steep, unforgiving slopes of Roero. No tractor, no cellar, no real plan. Just the vines, the land, and a lot of stubbornness.
Giulia, also an engineer and a true city girl at heart, was the first to believe in this madness. For the first three years she kept us afloat — she brought home the money, I spent it on vines. In 2022 she joined me in the winery. Since then, we're all in — writing our story together, one chapter at a time.
